Group HR of DBL Conducted a training session on “Negotiation Skills” at DBL Group’s concern Eco Threads & Yarns office in Gulshan on 4 January 2018.
Mohammad Riyad Hossain, Head of Organizational Development – Group HR facilitated the training program and Mohammad Sabbir Jahangir, AGM – Group HR was the co-facilitator.
The key learning outcomes were: Principles of effective negotiation including the five stages of negotiating, planning and preparing for a negotiation, enhanced communication skills to achieve a win-win outcome through negotiation, conducting negotiation discussions, coming to an agreement, negotiation techniques, strategies, making decisions etc.
